How long is your processing time?

Order processing is between 1-7 business days. We're going out to the post office every Tuesday.

How long does delivery take?

It takes around 2-6 weeks.

 

I need it faster, can you give me another option for courier or service?

Sure, If you don’t mind about the cost, please contact us gladtomakeit@gmail.com we will give you another option for delivery. The cost for faster is definitely more expensive than our regular shipping fee at checkout.

 

How about tax?

We will not collect tax for you. Therefore, when the package arrives at your country. You will be paying tax and custom fees. We are not responsible for taxes or custom fees that you acquire within your country. 

 

I used the wrong address when ordering; how do I change it?

If your order is still open, contact us ASAP with your order number and correct mailing address. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change any of the information you have inputted.

 

Do you offer tracking?

Yes. All orders will come with a tracking number. We only use regular tracking mail service from Indonesian Postal.
